Energy Suspension Motor Mounts

Hi i juat crashed my car and i notice the motor mounts are torn can i just buy the energy suspension motor mounts and replace the stock ones? has anyone does this do i need a press or can i just do it myself? thanks

the mount is ok just the bushing is torn can i just but the energy suspension ones?

If the bushing is torn in the stock mount you NEED to get a NEW stock mount and then the inserts...

TRUST ME... it will vibrate like a bastard if you just put in the inserts.
