what do you guys think

i have a pm6 and a pr3. my car has a b16 in it and i cant get it started. the pm6 starts the car but it runs bad because its the wrong computer. but the pr3 wont even start it. i think the pr3 is bad then. is there any way to test it. i just want to get some opinions before i get a new pr3.

yes its prob bad if the stock ecu starts it and the pr3 nada = bad ecu
