stock for stock a 01 itr vs a 05 rsx-s which is the faster car, 1/4, track, ect...

my friend with a 05 rsx-s thinks he can take a itr and that his suspension is far superior to that on a itr and im looking to shut him up.

RSX will not win on a track. Dunno about in a straight line but good drivers in stock ITR can get low 14's. I dont know what rsx pulls stock.

But for road racing or autoX the rsx will not win assuming equal drivers. ITR has faster acceleration due to closer gear ratios, has better suspension (stiffer, lower center of gravity) and the ITR is lighter.

Tell your friend he is smoking crack. Newer is not always better. They made the RSX more for comfort. The R was obviously not made for comfort.

The R comes with better tires stock also. So yeah.....
