solid rear tranny/engine mount, any suggestions, looks like a B****
I was looking a manual said to jack the motor up with a jack and board...
I'm not seeing this, I have to remove it to pass inspection to either put inserts in it or just buy a new one. I can see and should be able to get the one bolt that goes through the mount to hold the bracket that goes on the tranny.
The other 2 or 3 that actually bolt the mount to the frame, I do not see how it is possible for me to even reach those without pulling the motor out.
Any suggestions?

You are talking abut the rear engine mount, the one right at the back of the motor??
It is a bitch...... you have the main bolt that goes through the mount, 3 that goes into the subframe, and then you have 2 or 3 that actually screw into the engine. I pulled all the bolts out, jacked the motor up just a litte and worked it towards the driver side. but i was on the passanger side. Putting it all back togher was actually pretty easy.

It is a bitch, but it will come out. I pulled off the heater hose to gain a little extra room. I am sure you dont have to do this, but it made my life a little easier
