i am trying to decide a new color to paint my DB8. my girl wants it black but i really can't decide

 

 

i dont know how you would feel about it, but look into vw colors... i know its weird an acura painted vw whatever, but... there are several nice colors out there... look for black magic, or platinum grey...there is also lagoon blue, but its close to the same as an si...

or try to go to you local auto body shop and see if they have a book from the paint manufactur that you can take home and look at to see what colors you and your girl like

 

I would go black. I wish I could paint my Integra black, but I don't have $2000 and the paint is pretty good anyways (ugly red milano).

 

I'm painting my db8 2006 bmw 3 series blue. i could get you some of the paint if you want for a good price, I work at a body shop

get this primed color.....he said he got it from some audi tt color, paintscratch.com

 

if i were you i would keep it stock because if you ever open the hood then they will notice the different color and that would look GAY so i think you should get it re sprated same factory black or if you are gonna get new bumpers or lips you would have to get those specialy painted or it would look all mismatched

well i'm doing a swap soon so i'm taking my motor out of my car right now. then trailoring the car to my friends paint booth and then spraying the engine bay and all that good stuff so that everything matches

 

I'm thinking hot pink.

 

Id say like a darker style orane with a bit of pearl mixed in to it.But none of that bright *** orange crap, yikes cops love to see that rolling rite down there lane.
