Does anyone know how a vehicle will operate if the fuel pressure regulator is bad.
Will the vehicle run???? Or will it run weak, sputter..... Or will it work sometimes and and sometimes not??
Or how can I tell if a regulator is bad...

I need this information to diag a problem I am working on with my 1994 civic..
