CTR grille into a stock 99 hatch
Yeah, remove the bumper, unscrew the old grilled out of the bumper and reinstall the other.
To get the bumper of you need to remove the pop fastners (or whatever theyre called) on the radiator support. There are 6 or so. Remove the screws in each fenderwell holding the bumpers to the body there. Remove the bolts on the bottom side of the bumper (around the oil pan area) holding the bumper to the splash sheilds there. Slide bumper off.

the grill has to be from a 99-00 or it wont fit
take front bumper off, there are 2 bolts on underside, 1 in each wheel well, and like 7 or so plastic pop tab across the top.
then there will be some screws holding the grill to the bumper which you can see after bumper is off.
