I've search and I've found no clear answers. From what I have found, 88-89 seat brackets aren't the same as 90-91. However I've found a wedge seat bracket for my Sparco Sprint, that says 89-91. Is this true that the 89-91 brackets are the same? Here is the pic,

Another question, can I use seat brackets from a Sparco Torino seats for my Sparco Sprints.

You are confusing Civic Hatch seats with CRX seats. Civic hatch seats are the same from 88-89 and then from 90-91. CRX seats are the same in 88 only and then from 89-91.

Here is a thread I made a long time ago about putting Sparco seats in a Civic hatch. You can see on the Wedge seat bracket its for an 88-89 Civic (hatch).
