Removing Accord Door Panels

I have a 1997 Accord LX and just bought some new door speakers. But I don't know how to remove the door panel. Please help

a friend of mine might still have the crutchfield diagrams he got when he bought speakers, if he has them i'll scan them and throw them up for you later today.
