No, the bodystyle slighly changed in 98.. new bumpers, mirrors, tail lights and a couple other things.. so the headlights are a little bit different shape and so are the corner lights. So make sure you get the 98+ angel eyes

the 98+ headlights are larger then 94-97 so make sure you get the headlights for the 98+ if she has the 98+ frontend

i'll catch crap for this i'm sure, but i dunno about everyone else, but i think the angel eyes should left to the BMW owners... i've seen em on tegs and they don't look anything at all like they do on a 5 series, or even look half as good...

^ I also agree. Leave the Halos to BMW.
When I swapped on my 98+ bumper, I had didn't have the 98+ headlights. For awhile, I had no headlights at all. My 94-97 headlights were cracked to begin with anyways. I was Damed if I do and Damed if I don't.

also i hear that the halos/angel eyes that are made for integras are horrible anyway.. they're really dim and if the halo goes out you cant replace it [or it's really hard to] since it's sealed.. i'd say stick with oem..
