Slanted license plate on 3rd gen Integra?

Anyone know how to purposely slant the rear license plate on a 3rd generation integra? tia

Unless you know how to do custom bodywork, including metal frabication, welding, bondo-ing, and stuff like that; you're better off letting a autobody shop handle it.

you can take out one of the screws, and your plate would be slanted.
