There are many posts on this subject, it will take tuning for best performance. I never used them so it would be better to follow another's instructions. There was a recent article in Hondatuning on exactly what needs done.

how the crap would that fit in your engine bay? waaay too tall.. maybe with the velocity stacks off...

 

Actually it does fit, It was left long on purpose so it could be cut shorter to your liking.

 

does it have a honda TPS on it? or could it be calibrated to work?

 

OEM honda TPS from bike works just wired backwards. Outter 2 wires on car harness needs swapped.
