Well I got to thinking about the Y8 swap I am in the process of. I either wanted to go with a small turbo pushing about 5psi or nitrous. What is the strength of the stock sleeves (mine are also bored .020 over).

You should be fine with a low psi turbo, or a 50 shot if tuned properly

 

I was leaning more towards a 100 shot

 

And you were leaning to blowing ur ****

 

Why do you say this? 100 shot properly tuned should be ok.
