Default cleaning spoon wheels

I have 2 sets of spoons
they need cleaning really well
after seasons of road racing they are covered in a browninsh layer from Ferodo DS300K pads
any suggestions
or should I just bead blast it to raw aluminum
the 15s turned greyish i guess from the heat and the 16s brown from the pads
any help

I know if i sit there and tap it with a hammer carefully it flakes away
will a 2-3k psi power washer hurt the finish
as I know its an anodized finish

A pressure washer of that pressure shouldn't do any damage to the finish on the rims.

Test on the back lip of the rims with any cleaning product you like.
