Default Need advice

Ok guys i have a 90 civic hatch 4 speed now my buddy just bought a crx with a zc swap in it feels good i drove it i like the power. Now thats all i want nothing amazingly fast just fast enough now. I just want to know what is the cheapest easiest swap to put in my civic im thinking of putting a zc in my hatch. I dont want to make a un educated decision though. I just purchased my 5.0 mustang and that sits in the garage i just want more fun with this hatch.

Thanks guys, Dan

If you want something with a lil bit more power but not too heavy on the wallet, get a dohc zc. It bolts right in, minor wiring changes, however as with every swap you can do you are going to need to change out your knuckles and hubs. since you are in PA you can give modified Motorsports a call up in harrisburg, they get pretty decent prices on their engines and my roomates dad owns it. The guys that work there are really great guys. They can get you anything you need.

Sounds like you like the ZC so go with that. It's cheap, drops right in and has good power. The next step up would be the B16A which is a more involved swap and more expensive.
