I had the same problem. Even replaced the battery and got the same results. The actual problem was the battery cables. they are supposed to be replaced between 95K and 101K according to dealer scheduled maint. Try that! hope it helps!
i had the same problem. the dealer insisted it was the starter, even after i said i would bet my life that it wasn't. they continued to reinstall a new 'genuine' honda starter to no avail and had the car sitting in the shop for two weeks with the mechanics shaking their heads. and yes, the starter would recieve power and the relays would click, but the starter wouldn't turn over. i'm willing to bet that it is one of the grounds...

hey i installed a new starter today and checked over everything, and it does the same thing just clicks like its getting power but just wont turn over. i asked about the ingition switch and the dealer told me that that wouldnt make the car not start but possible make the car stall or stop while driving. HELP!!! what else should i do?
what grounds do you want me to check and where are they located on the car? Also i have heard that it could be my main relay so i want to check that as well where is this located in the fuse box in the car or the fuse box in the engine bay? Some one please help me out i and getting really upset that i cant get this dam car running!!!!
yo your main realy is not located in the fuse spots is underneith your dashboad driver side its a BIG realy and most of the time when they go bad the car wont even run. but yours is when pushed so...
The battery is only a few months old and i get 12.2 volts at the battery when i go to start the car and i used my test light and i get power at the starter and i get power at the signal wire when the key is in the start position so idk.
Are you measuring 12.2v while trying to crank the car? If no, what does the voltage drop down to when trying to crank?
The starter pulls a tremendous amount of current and when this current flows through a wire, if it encounters any resistance, then some voltage will be lost - this is why people are telling you to check your grounds. If the grounds were corroded enough to act as a big enough resistance, then when you try and start the car, the voltage will be lost. This is why I'm asking you to measure what voltage is present across the battery when you're actually trying to start it.
The Main Relay will not keep the car from cranking over - it will keep it from starting though.
