91 stock hb help

just put on a new head gasket now i have smoke under accerlation and throwing an o2 code is this normal or do i have a problem

No its not normal, did you clean all the old gasket material off the head and block? And did you check to make sure the head/block wasnt warped? sounds like your leaking coolant or oil into the engine

yea i did all that i think the rings are gone now that the compresion was restored
