You have to convert your stock crx harness to multipoint, then add the necessary wires and plugs to it for vtec, IAB, knock, etc.
This has been covered thirty million times on the internet. Nothing a half a second of searchin wouldn't fix.

DPFI to MPFI conversion, or dual point to multi point conversion
Then after that, depending on what ecu you use, get some pinout info for vtec, vtec pressure, etc.
