It's about 2inches. And it's adjustable, so it doesn't have to be that low.. or it could be lower. I think the height is perfect for me

450 for installation alone? back in the day i got springs and shocks installed on my legend for like 160. you can get tokico shocks and h&r springs off ebay for like 500... 200 for installation and you're golden.

i dont think like sears or somewhere like that would even touch a job like that because they dont want to be liable for anything. but yea i will call around some more and see what i can find. if i was gonna od it myself would i need any SPECIAL tools? or just a ratchet set and normal tools?

It's actually very easy to do. Anyone who can safely operate a ratchet and follow simple instructions can do it. You'll probably need to either borrow a spring compressor or take it to a shop to have the springs mounted but that won't cost more than about twenty bucks.

Actually, drive down here and buy me a 12 pack. I'll do it for you.

He's right dont even think about spending that much for the install, that is rediculous. Just have a couple buddies over and have them help you. You really cant do it by yourself you need a few people to help you.

any one and i mean anyone can install shocks and springs
all it takes are basic rachet hand tools and its very straight foward
dont take it to shops and have them rip you off just do it yourself

i mean theres only 2 nuts on top of the shock and a bolt on the lca that holds the shock one 1 nut that holds the cap which holds the spring
also i never use a spring compressor. i just impact the nut off. just make sure your in a safe area when you do this

neuspeed race springs and kyb agx, best for the money under 500 for sure, and installation is easy on an integra there is a how to thread up somewhere, spring compressors are only 20 bucks, just make sure u let the rear bolts soak in penetrating lube over night, otherwise you will snap them

they are easy to put on yourself, save your money and do it yourself, then you have an extra 250, for a VAFC or a night on the town with your boys

If you're roads are anything like the ones where I live I would suggest just getting some springs tein s-tech's, you'll only be spending like 160 They will lower your car mainly for looks, but will keep a smooth ride on those not so smooth roads, don't get my wrong your center of gravity will be lower which intales better handling but these are mainly appearance oriented! I'f you don't care too much about the ride, and won't more performance oriented suspension you should definitely get shocks and springs but that will definitely cost more~!

my plan is h&r sport springs on tokico illuminas. ive done my fair share of research and thats what i came up with. good spring rates mated well with the adjustable illuminas and the whole package is pretty cheap. im looking at liek 450...500ish. install yourself, boo to "professional" installation.
