Default best valve springs combo w/S2 Pro+ Cams

Hi there, I was reading some posts about some guys recommending the use of Omnipower or RM Valve springs when using BC4 or S2 Pro+ Cams, I was checking RM valve springs but there are 2 generations, I bought the S2 Pro+ cams because I realized they were better for my daily driven setup (85mm bore, 12.5:1 CR, B20VTEC), the specs on the RM springs are as follows:

RM Gen1 springs have 95 lbs. on the seat and 265 lbs. at 12mm of lift. 13mm max lift.

RM Gen2 springs have 55 lbs. on the seat and 180 lbs. at 12mm of lift. 14mm max lift.

and the s2 springs are:

Seat Pressure 72lbs @ 1.300"
Open Pressure 185lbs @ 0.400" Lift
Max Lift 0.505"

it sounds to me like RM Gen 2 springs could do the work, but honestly I really don't know much about springs psi numbers, please help me on this.

Thanks.

Gen2, Omni, or the Sk2. all will work with that cam.

thanks for your opinions, I know I should go S2 springs if i'm using S2 cams, but I've heard bad experiences with S2 valvetrain, that's why I'm choosing RM but about the Gen2 isn't lighter seat pressure bad for High Lift Cams?

The Gen2 springs were designed with Taiwanese cams, like Skunk, in mind. The light spring pressure works better, durability wise, with the way those cams are manufactured.

The gen 2's, even though they have lightere spring preasure, hold up to just about anything you can throw at them. The infamous Tbone runs the on his car, and he has tested anything from a S2S3, BC4 and 5, and a whole buncha other camshafts clear up to around 10k on several dyno pulls. IMO they are the best valvetrain that money can buy, thats why I have em
