i am trying to instal these oem fogs on my 99 SI and i think i have everything right except i cant find anything to plug the blue wire into on the wiring harness. is there something behind the fuse box that needs to be plugged in or what any help would be appriciated

 

Look near your d/s fender under the hood. If you can't find it I'll e-mail you the honda directions. The harness will be wrapped with blue tape. Just PM me with your e-mail.
