Just curious i rember seeing a R6 motor in a Banshee a while ago.

My friend has a banshee here with a blown motor and wants nothing for it so i was thinking of buying it and say slapping somehting like a R6 motor or something in it 600cc.

ANyone have links or pics of swapped out motor in ATVs links any info

 

Doing that ish is old hat. It has been accomplised so many times. It just takes a bit of fab work. Get the banshee, get on eBay, and find a motor. I would get a carbed bike motor for ease of installation.

 

I have a spare f2 engine in my garage and thought about doing a 4-wheeler or go-cart conversion with it. I have been a little lazy and havent ever done anything yet however.

I say tear it up. There were a few people drag racing them at the track. I remember a raptor w/f4i engine for sale on ebay a yr ago.
