Default Synth vs Dino and oil burning?

Once in awhile, I have heard a rumor that going Syn can increase burning problems. Has anyone ever tried to switch back to Dino from Syn to see what happens? Is this in any way not recommended? (Note: ITR motor specific).

ejprimo, you want to weigh in here?

I would think it would not make much difference, and the protection benefits of Syn would outweigh any other issues.

mine seems to drink synthetic a bit more enthusiastically than dino. Maybe it likes the taste better
