Ok so heres the problem, I have a gsr tranny and a ls tranny thats my friends in my garage. I forgot which one is which and i want to find out which one is my gsr because i dont want the ls tranny. Does anyone know how i can check which one is my gsr tranny?

wow ur quick... i know the codes doesnt tell u which one it is.

 

i know if you have the bar code/label thats in front (facing front fo the car). but i have a tranny that doesn't

will tell you what tranny it is.

 

naw it doesnt... if you look up the codes gsr will have s80 and y80. And the sticker on the tranny does not identify what tranny you have.
