HKS wastegate vs. TIAL wastegate

Default HKS wastegate vs. TIAL wastegate

Does the HKS standard wastegate have the same flange as a TIAL 40mm or 46mm?

the tial is square 4 bolt flange.

The standard HKS has a 4 bolt flange, but I don't know if it is the same as the Tial.
