Default having feed problems with miller mig welder

i have a damn near brand new millermatic 135 and i am having major feeding problems. ill pull the triger on the gun to start the weld and the wire will stop feeding then ill let off of the triger and the wire will pop out to of the tip. i tried turning up the feed tension but then it just ratnests. it is under warenty but if it turns out to be my retarded *** then ill have to pay for it. any sugestions is very helpfull

does this happen every time you pull the trigger or just sometimes. if it only does it sometimes...it sounds like it is welding itself to the tip with the last bead you ran. it shouldnt be really frequent, but just one of those things that happens sometimes.

no it happens if i dont hold the gun and hose just perfect. it happens almost everytime. i have tried replacing the tip and the liner still does the same thing.
i am running .024 solid core wire, .030 liner, and tried both .024 and .030 tips
it is damn nerar impossible to run any bead. it is hard as **** just to tack ****.
