hey, started the car up for the first time in 3 weeks...fired up but then it's loud as hell...the alternator belt is rubbing against something...and smells like smoke..my dad said there's smoke coming from the belt rubbing something and the belt has marks and ****...has this happened to anyone? is this a sign of belt failure? alternator failure?

here's a following things i did ...let me know if this has any problems with the belt

bled clutch
installed rotors and suspension

i have no idea how these would effect the alternator...but i just want to make sure so i can back track or something...any help is appreciated, thanks
