Default got car back from shop now horn is activated by my fog light button

so i got my car back from teh shop a while ago and when i got it back my horns stopped working. i took it back adn since they did not do anything on the inside they said it snot their fualt even though they admitted it worked when it got there. now here is the weird part i dont have fog lights hooked up but all the wires ran with a switch. just pressed teh switch last night on accident and it beeps the horn! constantly until its pressed in again! now the horn only works when i turn my lights completely on. i checked under the dash to see if they plugged in the wrong hole or something but i couldnt find another plug. where do i check? is there a plug for the horn? any ideas?

well, look over the wiring harness to see if anything's different, like its pinched or something.
