40/45mm offset???

40/45mm offset???

I'm looking at buying a set of 16" rota slipstreams for my del sol....but they come in either a 40mm or 45mm offset, my question is....what difference does it make?

Stock honda wheels have traditional 45+ offset, if you go 40+offset your wheel stick out a lil bit more from the fender well.....
