anyone know where i can find a manual that shows the breakdown of a JDM B16a (like torque specs for bolts, breakdown procedures and stuff)?*** can i use any manual, like one for a 1998 Civic Si even though my motor is a 1993-1995ish JDM?

All the B16A engine were basically the same. A 98 Si doesn't have a B16, remember, it was the 99-00 Si. But you have the idea. 
There is a manual floating around online from the JDM 91 CRX SiR with the "real" JDM engine specs, but it's all the same stuff.
