How to Adjust Suspension Settings on My R1?
ok sorry to sound like a tard, but i figured id ask before i go messing with **** on my bie
now i have a pretty good idea on whats what and how to adjust it, but i want to double check whats what before i mess with **** and mess somthing up
i know how to raise the forks threw, i need to know how to adjust the preload, the compression and the rebound on the front and on the rear the preload, the compression and the rebound

i suggest going to a shop. Shouldnt cost more than 30 bucks. They will know exactly what to do. A good should will actually have you sit on your bike, maybe bounce on it a lil and they take their measurements from there. Luckily in san diego, we have a shop owed by an AMA racer. He's pretty trustworthy and they carry a good rep. Riding style matters and if tuned correctly, the difference is night and day.
