this motor has nothing but bad luck to me

this is for a b16 y21 tranny

today i went to change my input shaft bearing everything went smooth until i double check all the bolts. me and my dad was trouble putting the casing back togather took us like 25min. so after we got the casing in. i double check all my bolts to make sure they are on tight. well after looking at the snap ring i saw that bearing was cracked. so my question is

how hard is it to change one of them?? or should i take it in a tranmission place.

i saw that it has a 32mm nut. could i just use a impact gun and zap it off and replace it with a new one?

Should be able to change it out with no proplem. Just double check the spacing on everything on that shaft before putting it back in.

 

Just unstake the nut, remove the nut and remove the bearing.
