I just was installing my aem intake yesterday today I look at the install again and I notice the bracket for the intake is rubbing on my ABS LINE!!! ScAry
ANyhow anyone else have this same problem?
is there a quick fix.

I have the same problem with my CAI. I placed a rubber pad in between the 2.

 

So should I relocate the braket or just place something between it and the abs line?????
It already wore through the thin coating and is metal on metal

 

i have the short ram, and they r close to each other but not touching.... plus, the intake shouldnt move so much as to rub through it??

 

well no matter what, things will jiggle around whether you like it or not. unless if they are severely scraping each other, you dont have to worry about it.

 

i got the same problem and i just used a zip tie for now LOL

 

yea zipties can fix anything
