Best to use an impact to get the bolts on and off. Don't overtighten. I don't believe they are reverse threaded. You may need different size belts. No trick to the install. WYSIWYG.

I have the AEM. If you can get to the pulley, you don't have to take the device off. If you need room to get to it, then take it off.

I don't think there is a keyway for the ps and alt, just the crank.

Hey man most likely you are gonna have to take off the alternator. From the factory most alternators are torqued down to 125 lbs of torque.Have fun trying to pull that off in tight quarters. The power steering pulley is relatively pretty easy to get off.Make sure and hit the threads up with some pb blaster, much better than wd 40.Good luck!!

You really should just pick up a Helm's manual - thatll come in handy the rest of your Integra career

Instructions for what??.Check autozone.com for more detailed instructions on how to get your alternator off. They have pretty good step by step info.As for the power steering pump thats a piece of cake to get off.And if you do not have access to a impact wrench, hit up your local alternator shop.Theyll do it for like nothing,if you have it out for them.Peace.

Yeah, what is it, 2 bolts per accessory? Really simple. And to tension the belts, you move the accessory, with the exception of the a/c, but you're not going to change THAT pulley. The power steering pump uses a bolt to tension the belt by moving the pump, don't tension too tight. For the alternator, it's best to use a pry bar of some sort to give it the tension, then torque the bolts down. That will be covered in any repair manual, Helms, Haynes, Chilton. Nothing specific to pulley changing. An impact will really help getting those pulleys off.

Here, I made you your own website. These instructions are for a complete UR kit, ps, alt, and crank. A lot doesn't apply to you, although removing the wheel may make getting to the alternator easier.

http://yrethguad.tripod.com/instructions.html

Enjoy.

You'll notice when it comes to the pulleys:

"Remove the alternator and power steering pulleys and install the Unorthodox pulleys."

It's not going to help you any more than we already have.

yrethguad, is it worth it to invest in the AEM pulley kit? what kind of gains or issues did you notice with the pulleys on your car? thanks

I can not make a claim for power gains, since I've never had my car on a dyno. Theoretical gains are similar to those from a lightweight flywheel. Less rotational mass. According to AEM 80% of the gain is from weight loss, and 20% from driving your accessories less. The pulleys ARE a lot lighter than the OE units. The only negative affect is that at idle, your alternator is not charging as well as with the stock pulley. You MAY, not definate, but you MAY run in to a problem if you have a high wattage sound system, and run it a while at an idle. It may drain on your battery. I don't know if this would definately be a problem. The alternator light never comes on, so it gets a charge, but not very well.

Engine does rev a bit faster, similar to lighter flywheel.

No problems with power steering at idle.

A/C doesn't weigh down your motor as much. I don't mind leaving mine on now.

If you are into dressing up your engine compartment, there's a plus for you too.
