i did the same thing a few years back and put it through the drop ceiling in my boys garage and it cracked one of the wooden beams in the roof.

It looked normal at the track the next day, except for the painter's tape down the centerline!

if you walked up close to it you could see a big difference on the hood. the back and sides of it got a bit dirtied from the drive to the track in the rain.
