The car is a 94 Integra RS, right now for the street I run 205 55 16 azenis. I just made my first passes on the street tires last night, and it wont hook for ****. I need some type of slicks. A guy at the track was running 13" lenso's with some type of slick and they looked really really small.

Anyway, I would like to avoid having to get extended wheel studs, unless the size slick/wheel combo I really need would make me...then I'll just deal. However, if there is a good combo that can be used on stock studs I'll go with that.

The setup is a b18c1 @ 13 psi (320 whp) and it's going to 16 psi soon...then sleeved and boosted 22-25 after it blows... so I'll be able to use bigger slicks soon, even if they are overkill now. My best run at test and tune was 12.85 @ 114... I had a couple of 115 traps, but worse et's. My best 60 foot was 2.208 and most of them were high 2.2's or 2.3's..or worse.

Anyway, what do you guys reccomend? Size/brand...any info is greatly appreciated. I am searching now also, but I need an answer quick so I can try to get wheels/slicks before next saturday.

I'm in the same boat as you , Anything from 300whp + you would wanna run a 24.5x8.5x13 m&H on lenzos would be the cheapest and best for you power range. Good tire for 60's and it's tall for higher trap speeds.

 

I checked the size on my street tires (205 55 16) and 1010tires.com says they are 24.8" tall...the slicks I'm using this weekend to race (borrowed) are only 22x8x13, so I'll probably lose a couple MPH on my trap speed. Hopefully I'll make up with it with traction though..I'm gonna try to get some 24" slicks soon
