Another What Wheels are these post

I took this pic a couple of years ago at a car show in New Hampshire so sorry if I'm posting someone else's car.. I wasn't smart enough to check what kind of rims that are on this EP3, but i like them.. Does anyone know what they are???

I think they are Tenzo's, a tercel that parks near my workplace has them.
I think somewhere in those yellow words it says Tenzo.
Also I agree, they aren't very aesthitically pleasing IMO.

Without the ugly yellow graphics, the wheels almost look OEM on that EP3.
