Have you compared the prices at http://www.hotrodsusa.com? They even carry the new 11" rotor kit for the OEM 9.4" front brake civics...

$550 shipped with brake lines and a prop valve (that's pretty much useless) is a damn good deal. They even offer to rent out saftey wire pliers for free to (with deposit)...
