Default Wideband o2 sensor. Does universal 4-wire work from AutoZone?

If it doesn't I need to get a 5-wire then which one would be the way to go?

Here's the tech edge o2 sensors options. Which one off of there is the best or easiest? Are there any other places beisides this?
http://wbo2.com/lsu/default.htm ALSO I HAVE THE 7057 pin type connector, so which ones are like that?

If there are alternatives Im really not looking to pay the big bucks for something im gunna toss around and whip like a yo-yo, so if there's any cheap or easy alternatives im all ears. Thanks for the help

Anyone with experience or have one like mine any advise is great!
