I just did a full interior swap in my 90 CRX. problem is my parts car is an 89, so the cluster/cluster cover and mount point for the cluster aren't the same.

The 89 and 90 clusters have the same exact 3 plugs, and they all fit, but will the cluster work? I'm in the process of swapping the motor so I haven't gotten a chance to check. Thanks!

 

Asimple search will give you the info you need, the wire colors are the same, you just need to switch the pins around

 

I have done the 88 cluster in my 91 and IMO your allot better off just getting a 90 or 91 cluster for the car.

 

Thanks guys I guess I will swap the stock cluster back in and figure out a way to mount everything
