If you'll be going to UCSD and/or living in the UTC area at one of the apartment complexes, don't be surprised to find your car missing or molested -- especially if you live at a complex like Costa Verde.

Yes those are the worst. I was once sleeping in my 00 hatchback in costa verde after an argument with my girl and i am woken up by some whiteboys trying to pop my window. I got up like WTF , those bitches ran so fast, i didnt have time to put my shoes on or anything and i was so wasted so i just forgot about it and went back to sleep

Everyone in La Jolla, even the students, drive BMW's or Mercedes. There's a handful of Honda/Acura people.
