okay here's the deal i have a 2002 ex civic. the bulbs are h4 and they have 3 wires going into the socket for the headlights. i just bought a whole set of 530i hid's from a member on here and the ballasts have 2 wires. a yellow and brown, brown being the ground and yellow being power. i can touch the wires to the battery and they light up. i put spade connectors on the end of the wires and plugged them into my headlight socket and tried all the possible options. and i still cant get them to start up. any help would be great cause i'm stuck
