After Warm Up... Very Hard Top & Bottom Rad Hoses ?

After my car warms up, the top and bottom radiator hoses are very hard.
Normally you can squeeze them, but this time I couldnt.
Anyone know what the problem might be or if there even is a problem?

i'll take off the rad cap and see if bubbles come up to the water neck.
