One thing oyu may want to watch out for. having the drain for the turbo on the bottom of the oil pan isn't recommended. if you look above that pan you'lll see a seperate casting that resembles a cast version of a honda pan. about 2-3' up from the stamped bottom cover is where the drain should be to get proper drainage from the windage. Do however watch the windage tray when drilling. (I've installed a few Vortech kits) Tried both ways upper works better. Don't flame I'm just making a suggestion obviously he went thorugh a lot to get it this far it would be shitty to lose it all for so little...

On the kit that I built, I removed the aluminum upper half of the pan and welded the fittings in there up high. You'll have to pull the motor to do it that way though.

I put the return fitting there due to the location of the turbo. I have installed many Vortech kits so I know what you are talking about. There is 10 inches of straight drain line so I think drainage is fine. By the way, it made 370 whp and 367 torque at 7.2 lbs. of boost.

Looks good. Split second is probably the best option out there right now and I have seen quite a few Vortechs tuned quite well with it. Is this a one off kit or do you plan to try and sell them to 350Z guys?

The split-second fuel/timing control module is used for both g35 & 350z we sell to each vehicle. Im not sure exactly what you meant is this one off the kit?...Turbo, split second?

Are you planning on reproducing the parts in this kit to sell to other 350Z owners or is this a "one of" a kind kit where this is the only one you will be making? I know the Split Second and turbo are just off the shelf, I'm talking about the piping kit.

No this particular kit is not just a one time deal. We already have several others waiting for their kit install both 350z & G35

using an sc61 seems a tad small for 3.5 liters
im not a guru by any means. although your dyno numbers speak for themselves!
that thing must spool like right off idle, virtually no lag.
does it lose any power around redline?

actually that car is probably a bad ***** (shut your mouth) around town huh?

awsome work on the fabrication!!!!
