Default 92 to 94 interior conversion

i got the dash in. my question is the parking brake and and center console.
do i need a new parking brake cable too?
has anyone here done this conversion?
please advise and some general procedures. thank you.

i have never actually done the conversion but i have taken apart many o' ludes and from what i see it looks like just the placement bracket is different. the cable is adjustable so you can move it.

i actually have that bracket if you want it. i have a 95 gutted in my garage right now.

The hand brake needs to be modified to fit the exhaust tunnel, you will need to drill new mounting holes or have it welded in place. Also, you will either need the cables from a 94+ or find a way to rig it up with the parts you have. There is not enough adjustability in the bracket to use the 92-93 cables as is. Most people just fabricate an extended bracket.
