Default Where to get a WG adapter

I currently have a Tial 38mm WG. I want to utilize a Tial 44mm now. Where can I get an adapter?

I'd say your best option is to chop off the old flange and weld on one of the new 44 flanges if possible.

I thought about that, but I really dont want to mess up the quality of the [Cody] Lovefab weld job. I think what I'm gonna do is get the flanges for both and weld them together.
