Should I upgrade my plug wires ?
I hear of upgraded silicone plug wires at least 8mm will reduce the possiblities of leakage, etc. and produce a more reliable spark transfer.
I hear lots of people say stick with the Honda OEM plug wires because the work the best.
Can anyone say if they would recommend getting any sort of upgraded plug wires and if so, which ones would you recommend ??
What are your views ??

Go here for a good writeup on different wires, they do dyno runs with each wire to get a relative comparison of how they perform.

Also, this thread (taken from these HT forums) has a great, very informative writeup on the stock OEM wires.

I personally use MSD super conductor 8.5mm but that's only because they came with the SCI MSD ignition kit that is on my car. Otherwise I would probably be using NGK blues or the stock Honda wires.
As for whether or not you should upgrade your wires I wouldn't, especially if the stock wires are in good shape and you have no reason to suspect they are working poorly. Depending on your mileage you might want to pickup some new plugs/cap/rotor. For the cost of a good set of wires you could get those parts and have your car performing better than if you just did a wire upgrade. Just my 2c
