where do you find replacement bulbs or ballasts to fix them? how much are they? thanks

for bulbs try any autoparts store?
ballasts, go to toyota duuude. or some ish. figure it out.

 

haha, you're crazy. the ballast, i'm not sure if you have to use a specific one or anything, but i'm sure you could get the s2000 one to work. and the bulbs, you can get them at many places. it's just i don't have enough time, i work from 5-10 tonight, and the buyer of my car is coming tomorrow at noon! so anyway, i'm going to reduce the price to $400 plus trade... last day to make this deal!

What you did for me?? Let me see. 1) You wasted hours of my time talking to you setting up a meeting time and place and of you assuring me your were no "flake." 2) You wasted my time sending you deposit through Paypal. 3) You wasted more of my time booking a hotel online. 4) You wasted my time buying Rays lugs and then having to cancel my order. So, yeah.... you reimbursed me after being a flake and I am supposed to thank you.
And you really can't say, "so what if you missed out on the deal on my volk wheels." Me missing out on the deal of your Volks would be me contacting you after you sold the wheels or me not sending you money fast enough and the wheels were sold to someone else. That was not the case. I contacted you the day you posted the ad, talked to you 2 hours on the phone, sent you the deposit you requested (the same day you posted the ad), and then made hotel reservations. Then I kept in contact with you in the following days, AND then and only then after I called to tell you I would see you the next day, did you flake and say you just sold them to someone else. I did not "miss out" on you volks, YOU FLAKED!!
Don't tell me not to be bitter. I am a little bitter, but seriously this is the 1ST post I have made since you FLAKED on me. You have several for sale threads on HT and I have not posted on any of them. I did not post up your flakey tendencies or try to bomb you threads. I just saw another for sale thread from you and I thought I would remind you that is not very cool or business like to flake.
It looks like your turning this into more of an issue than it needed to be. You should have not left a reply and then just stood by your word to others in the future.
I believe a man is as only as good as his word; and that says alot about your character or lack thereof.
I am not trying to bomb your thread, but I think HT regulars and newbies alike should be warned that you are a flakey person and to proceed with caution when dealing with you.
I will say that Dee did reimbuse me and in no way "Scammed" me, but sometimes getting flaked on is almost as bad.

 

i'm not the one that made this issue bigger than it should have, you are. i simply made a short statement/reply, but look at what you've done now. i know you wanted to type the whole story out... whatever

i don't have flakey tendencies, and i assured you that i was not a scammer, which is true. i am not sure if you remember, but i said that i was only willing to travel and meet you halfway only if you were going to buy my 5 lug also, and you said that you weren't sure. and i remember you stating that you didn't want to drive all the way up here, so i thought 'why waste my time and gas money to meet this guy halfway just to sell my volk wheels (that were already dirt cheap)?'

the only reason i sold the wheels like i did was because you were unsure about buying my 5 lug. you NEVER told me about booking a hotel, that's not my fault that you did. no one told you to buy the rays lugs (that's like me buying wheels before buying a car...).

i remember speaking to you on the phone, and how you were threatening me about putting my name to shame. ok buddy, i reimbursed your deposit, AND your hotel, and was willing to give you that 40 miles of gas money. so now are you satisified with the story??

ok everyone, i backed out selling my wheels to 2000ek. i didn't want to waste my time and gas money on the day i had to work 8 hrs, and not be able to sell my 5 lug like negotiated. i am no scammer, and i don't sell or send the wrong product or not-told-as-it-is product. let's leave it at that, cuz it's told now, and let me sell my stuff. thanks.
