Default Head light problem.

My bro has a 94 ex and when he puts his normal lights on hes right one doesnt work but when he turns his high lights on they both work. any comments will help

The right one is burnt out.

Go get a new bulb from wal-mart or wherever, and follow the instructions in the owners manual to replace it.

the bulbs are brand new we changed them today

Hmm...got me then?

Did it do it with just the new bulbs or did you buy the bulb to try and fix the problem and it didn't help?

its done this for a while ever since he messed with sum wires so we think it might be a wiring problem. ???I dont know???

In that case its a wiring problem. Tell him to go back and clean up his wiring or re do it completly.
