Does I/H make CEL goes on??

Does adding an Header and an Intake make the check engine go on???

If so, what can I do to make it go back off??

It shoudnt, unless one of the vacuum lines is backwards or soemthing on the intake. Pull the CEL code and see what it is.

mine did ... put all the sersors and cat back in place and the CEL came on ... its the O2 not sensing the exhaust gas properly ... same thing happen to my friends car .. weird ..

if installed correct, no cels should come on. what code is it pulling. you can pull a fuse to reset it, but if there is something wrong, it will be back within 15 mins of driving. I think the fuse is on the left side of the box 3rd one down from the top. can anyone back me on that fuse location?
